EVPU certification

EVPU certification process
1. Initial consultation
The applicant provides the company profile and the status quo of the product to be certified, such as: product model, name, parts list, drawings, working principle diagram, technical parameter table, instructions for use, etc.
2. Sign the agency contract
The entrusting party (applicant) signs the agency contract with the agent (International Certification Online), and further clarifies the duties, powers and obligations of both parties in a written contract to ensure that the two parties can cooperate closely in the application process, so that the application can be smoothly carried out. Achieve the intended purpose. 3. Formal application form and structural parameter list
This is an important document for applying for EVPU. Applicants can provide relevant information and entrust us to fill in the translation. After the applicant signs and seals, it will be returned to the EVPU official.
4. Application confirmation
Our official will formally confirm the application within 2-3 weeks after receiving the formal application form and structural parameter list, and send invoices, factory inspection questionnaires and other information.
5, sample delivery
When the EVPU application is confirmed, it will inform the specific sample request and the relevant standards on which the test is based. We can assist applicants to obtain relevant standards and clarify all relevant test items and test methods. After the sample is completed, the sample must be safely and accurately sent to the laboratory for testing by express mail according to the standard requirements.
(1) Once the test project is fully passed, our engineers will notify the applicant in time.
(2) The test results may also be defective. Some light defects, our project engineers communicate with the EVPU official laboratory, as long as a slight correction, do not have to re-sample, EVPU official can issue certificates.
(3) When the test results have important defects, our project engineer will discuss the reasons for the failure with the applicant. If necessary, please return the samples of the test failure to the EVPU official laboratory for reference analysis. After the sample is modified and perfected, the re-inspection procedure is carried out, and the sample is sent again until it is qualified. If you re-send the sample within six months, the cost of retesting will be much more favorable.
